Dexter Russell ST131S-6 Description
With its curved, stiff blade, the Dexter Russell ST131S-6 boning knife can be used to carve beef and pork with precision. The blade's DEXSTEEL™ construction—high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel—resists corrosion and stains while maintaining a hard, sharp edge throughout use. This rigid blade is sealed to the handle for lasting durability and sanitation. Its textured SANI-SAFE® handle provides a slip-resistant surface that enables users to cut meat from the bone with a secure grip, and after use, it's simple to wipe clean. Because it comes in white, the handle can be integrated in HACCP color-coded systems.
