Dexter Russell SG144-7GE-PCP Description
The Dexter Russell SG144-7GE-PCP Sofgrip™ santoku knife has a 7-inch-long, well-balanced blade designed to be used for dicing, mincing, and slicing. It has a duo edge to create ultra-thin slices without tearing. Hollow-ground ovals are integrated into both sides of the blade, enabling juices, air, and fat to lubricate it for smooth slicing; this also helps prevent food from sticking while it's being cut. Made of stain-free, high-carbon steel, this blade is strong and rust resistant. The handle is made of slip-resistant rubber to provide a soft grip with contoured comfort.
