The Dexter Russell S160-18 pizza knife has a textured polypropylene handle that won't slip during use to prevent users from injuring themselves. I use this product and have for years in a pizza shop
Knife is great
Knife is great. I would have loved to have gotten a knife guard with it though. For the price. Also I didn't get my package on time. This was for a gift and it was late. Shipping and handling messed something up by not printing the street address on the box and it had to be shipped back. It was complete chaos.
