Dexter Russell CR78 Description
The Dexter Russell CR78 Traditional® bowl scraper has a neoprene blade that's flexible enough to conform to the bowl's surface and stiff enough to scrape the last bit of dough from the bowl. Also useful for dividing dough into portions, the blade resists damage from exposure to oils, cooking acids, and most common cleaning solvents. This bowl scraper measures 8 inches and has a rosewood handle to give users a secure grip when controlling the scraper.
