Dexter Russell S285-4 Description
To offset the weight of product and reduce wrist fatigue, the Dexter Russell S285-4 Sani-Safe® hamburger turner features a heavy, balanced handle. Made of white polypropylene, the handle also is textured, ensuring a secure grip when handling hot food. The turner's offset design and beveled edges are good for sliding it beneath food as it cooks, and its blade is made of stainless steel for durability. To support most hamburger and sausage patties, the turner's blade measures 5 inches by 4 inches.
