The Dexter Russell 85869 Traditional™ hamburger turner includes a rosewood handle that's comfortable to grip for long durations, and it's triple riveted to keep the handle and blade secure. Its blade, which is engineered to securely flip and lift hamburger patties, measures 6 inches long by 5 inches wide. Constructed of durable stainless steel, it features an offset design to prevent the user from injuring their hands on the grill. This blade is also heavy so it won't tip over when placed on a flat surface.

Very large and heavy
Not great for delicate things like fried eggs. Turner is large, thick and hard to control with precision. Certain to last a lifetime.
