Dexter Russell 1237-14 Description
The Dexter 1237-14 07231 butcher steel measures 18 1⁄2 inches long with a 4 1⁄2-inch handle and 14-inch steel. The handle is made of hardwood for a natural, classic feel. Since the end is constructed of high carbon steel, it is durable for heavy use. The butcher steel has a triangular finger guard to protect users' hands while they straighten blades. For storage on wall hooks and shelves, there is a hang ring.
