Dexter Russell A12R-PCP Description
The Dexter A12R-PCP 07030 butcher steel has a medium coarseness and heavy weight, perfect for aligning blades. It is constructed of high carbon steel to add durability for heavy-duty use. The blade is magnetized, trapping carbon dust and preventing it from releasing into prep areas. The butcher steel has a natural hardwood handle, giving it a traditional look and feel. A hang ring enables storage on pot racks, wall hooks, and more.
