The Dexter 12741-6 semi-stiff, curved boning knife has a blade with an individually ground and honed edge to ensure cuts are precise. The high-carbon steel blade resists corrosion and withstands constant use. Its semi-stiff, curved design makes it great for cutting tough meats like beef and pork from around bones. This semi-stiff, curved boning knife features a natural beech wood handle that is attached to the blade with brass rivets.
