Mercer Culinary M40000 Description
The Mercer Culinary M40000 garnishing kit includes seven tools designed to help create fresh garnishes for drinks. A peeling knife, a double melon baller, a citrus zester, a channel knife, an oval melon baller, a vegetable peeler, and an apple corer come in the pack; each of the tools has a molded, slip-resistant polypropylene handle and stainless steel construction. The tools can be stored in the included canvas storage roll, which is designed with thin pockets for each utensil and hook-and-loop tabs.
