Part of the Hell's Handle® series, the Mercer Culinary M18380 carving fork is built to perform under high-heat kitchen conditions. Its innovative handle absorbs 50 percent less heat, staying cooler to the touch and resisting temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. A dual-textured finish provides added grip and slip resistance, while the sealed design promotes sanitation. This fork features an 8-inch blade and a total length of 13 1⁄2 inches, providing balanced reach and control during carving tasks. The blade is precision-ground from stamped stainless steel with sharp tines to easily pierce food. It features a red glass-reinforced nylon handle for strength and control.
