Cecilware Pro TSG1G Description
With its grooved cast iron plates, the Cecilware Pro TSG-1G sandwich grill imprints seared lines to create a fresh, appetizing appearance for chicken, steaks, and paninis. Made up of a secured bottom plate and an adjustable top plate, the grill cooks food evenly because both plates simultaneously release the same temperature, which prevents burning or undercooking. This also cuts cooking time in half because flipping food isn't needed. Adjustable temperature controls can reach a maximum of 575 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various foods when cooking.
Made of stainless steel, the Cecilware Pro TSG-1G panini press is a solid, durable machine that can endure common wear in commercial kitchens. Its silver material hides scratches and scrapes, so the press is presentable in kitchens for long periods. A stainless steel grease tray sits at the bottom of the press, trapping grease and unwanted debris throughout cooking. Once full, the operator simply can remove, empty, clean, and replace the tray for the grill's next use.
