Cecilware Pro SG2LG Description
The Cecilware SG2LG double commercial panini press has a contemporary design, and on each end, it can cook both sides of a sandwich, chicken breast, or hamburger. This feature reduces cooking times and helps the unit keep up with demand. Because of its self-balanced top surface, this unit can adjust to different heights to ensure even cooking, making it ideal for paninis or grilled foods.
Featuring a double grill and a grooved surface, the Cecilware SG2LG has a higher product output than other models. Its stainless steel finish is convenient to wipe clean, while its cast steel cooking plate is durable. This unit can cook at temperatures of 570 degrees Fahrenheit or less. To streamline cleanup, its drip tray can be removed, and its nonslip feet stop the press from skidding across countertops.
