Cecilware Pro SG1LG Description
The Cecilware SG1LG commercial panini press cooks both sides of a hamburger, sandwich, or chicken breast simultaneously, cutting down on cooking time. Its self-balanced top surface adjusts to different heights, ensuring the even cooking of products. Ideal for paninis and grilled foods, this unit comes with a single, grooved grilling surface. For durability, the finish is stainless steel, while the cooking plate is constructed of heavy-duty cast steel. It cooks product at temperatures as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and because the grease tray is removable, cleanup is streamlined. Equipped with nonslip feet, this unit is stable and does not slide across countertops.
