Cecilware Pro EL2X6 Description
The Cecilware Pro EL2X6 countertop fryer sits on nonslip feet to prevent it from sliding around during use. It measures 14 1⁄2 inches wide by 17 1⁄2 inches deep by 12 3⁄4 inches high, making it a great choice for countertop operation. It has a split pot design and each pot's capacity is 6 pounds. Its two frying baskets can cook two different food types simultaneously, and the tank can be removed for cleaning purposes.
When the tank in the Cecilware Pro EL2X6 electric fryer is removed, a safety cutout switch turns off the heating element to protect employees from accidental burns. For additional safety purposes, it includes a thermal overload device that shuts off the unit if the heating element reaches unsafe temperature levels. Made of stainless steel, this fryer is resilient and resistant to corrosion and rust.
