Cecilware EL2X25 Description

The Cecilware countertop split pot fryer is a great addition to any food service operation. The all stainless steel construction provides for durability and easy cleaning of the split pot fryer. Each stainless steel tank is removable for easy cleaning and has a 15 lb. fat capacity. The thermal overload device shuts off the heating element if it gets too hot, preventing accidents and injuries. The safety cutout switch automatically shuts off heating element when removing the stainless steel tank, also reducing risk of accidents. The non-slip feet of the countertop fryer ensure stability. Unit plugs into any 240V outlet. The attractive, contemporary new design will complement any kitchen.
