Cecilware Pro EL2X25 Description
For safety purposes, the Cecilware Pro EL2X25 countertop electric fryer turns off automatically if the tank is removed or if overheating occurs. It holds 15 pounds of oil in each tank and includes four frying baskets to cook fries, onion rings, and other fried foods. To enhance cleaning, the tank is removable and the exterior is made of stainless steel that can be wiped clean when grease adheres to it. This unit has nonslip feet to hold it steady on the countertop, preventing it from sliding and moving around.

Less than stellar quality
We use in mom and pop type restaurant. Quality is lacking. Temp is not consistent. We bought it so we have to use it. Will go a different route next time. Thank you
