The Grindmaster-Cecilware EL170 countertop electric fryer is perfect for small-volume frying in food trucks, catering events, carnivals, or any other foodservice establishment. Its stainless steel construction makes it durable for commercial use, easy to clean, and resistant to corrosion and damage. The tank removes easily for cleaning. Two wire baskets are included with the fryer, and the frypot can hold as much as 15 pounds of oil at a time. The heavy-duty elements are high-speed so they heat up quickly, and the temperature controls are automatic. The Grindmaster-Cecilware EL170 countertop electric fryer easily sits on the countertop and has 4-inch legs that lift the unit off the countertop to prevent overheating.
