Cecilware griddles provide the flexibility needed for all short-order cooking of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. This Cecilware griddle provides uniform heating without creating hot spots. This electric griddle has dimensions of 24 in. w x 16 in. d x 1/2 in. thick and has a smooth polished steel griddle plate w/splash. There are (2) thermostatic controls for you to use to determine where heat is distributed and the entire griddle is constructed from stainless steel.
