This 40 lb. capacity electric fryer from Grindmaster-Cecilware features a heavy-duty stainless steel unibody construction to withstand years of consistent use in your busy restaurant's kitchen. Heavy-duty cast iron burners and stainless steel heat exchangers provide fast heat up and maximum heat transfer. For safe operation, thermostatic temperature controls with melt cycle are front mounted on the front of this floor model fryer. An oversized, full-flow 1.25" drain valve for effortless draining for this fryer's 40 lb. fat capacity.
