The Cecilware Pro GCP36 countertop gas griddle is compact for locations with limited space such as food courts, concession stands, or convenience stores. It's made of heavy-duty stainless steel that doesn't harbor bacteria and resists rust and dents. Simple controls enable users to adjust cooking temperatures manually in three separate cook zones. Operators can set the cook zone temperatures and cook diverse products such as eggs, hamburgers, and grilled onions simultaneously on the same griddle.

This Cecilware Pro GCP36 gas griddle includes a conversion kit, so it can cook safely with natural gas or LP gas. The wraparound splatter guard contains grease splashes and prevents oil drips off the griddle plate when cooking. Its 1-inch-thick carbon steel griddle plate distributes heat well, withstanding frequent use at high temperatures, and fast temperature recovery increases cooking output.
