Cecilware B-DAP 120240 Description

Brew delicious coffee with the Cecilware dual airpot coffee brewer. Make two 2.2L airpots of coffee simultaneously and yield 23-27 airpots per hour. The coffee brewer features precise brew temperature to within 1 degree F during complete brew cycle. The thermal airpots hold freshly brewed coffee for hours without additional heat, saving energy. Get the desired brew volume with the "teach" mode to eliminate trial-and-error set-up. The automatic coffee brewer has a pulse brewing/pre-infusion setting. This allows the brew sequence to extract up to 20% more dissolved solids per batch of coffee. The number of pulses, pulse-on time and pulse-off time are programmable. The Low Temp/No Brew setting allows the brew cycle to begin only when the water has reached the optimum brew temperature. The commercial dual airpot coffee maker counts the total number of brew cycles with the Cycle Counter. To prevent tampering, the brewer settings can be locked with the Programming Lock-Out. The digital controls allow for easy programming.
