Scalloped blades and clean sliding action cut your lettuce with no crushing or bruising. This time of clean cutting means that your lettuce with not brown after it's cut and will look beautiful at your salad bar or on your burgers. The angled, cast iron aluminum legs have no-slip feet and provide you with a stable cutting platform. The manual locking pin keeps the pusher block safely in place.
