Nemco 55650-1 Description

With this Nemco lettuce cutter you can cut mounts of crisp lettuce in seconds. Able to process a whole head of cored lettuce at a time, this lettuce cutter provides a 1/2" slice. Scalloped blades and clean sliding action cut your lettuce with no crushing or bruising. This time of clean cutting means that your lettuce with not brown after it's cut and will look beautiful at your salad bar or on your burgers. The angled, cast iron aluminum legs have no-slip feet and provide you with a stable cutting platform. The manual locking pin keeps the pusher block safely in place. Chop not just lettuce, but melons for fruit bars as well! This is a labor and time saving tool that you will wonder how you ever lived without!
