With a clean slicing action that avoids flexing, the blades on this lettuce press won't leave your food crushed or brushed. For easy clean-up, the lettuce press has a single pull pin that can be released to remove the pusher block, yet the pin has a manual locking device so that the operator remains free from hazardous conditions. Additionally, the clip on blade assembly lifts out easily for cleaning and replacement. With angled, cast aluminum legs that provide a no-slip stable platform, this lettuce chopper ensures both safety and consistency.
