The natural body motion design works to eliminate awkward stretching and reduce operator fatigue, so cuts are even more consistent and a proportional. The ergonomically designed handle and easy to replace blade assembly contest to this machine's durably. This mounted fry cutter also works wonders in creating onions slices, peppers spears, and tomatoes wedges. With a slide-in, slide-out wall bracket design this fry cutter can be mounted to either on a wall or a counter top.
