Featuring an innovative floating hinge to allow the top grid to rise as the waffle bakes, this waffle baker is sure to create sugary Belgian style waffles that will have your customers coming back for more. Cast aluminum grids rotate to create fluffier waffles and lock to reduce batter overflow. Digital programmable controls with a count down timer take the guess work out of your desired golden crispness. And, this waffle baker's clever, coiled spring "cool touch" handles allow you to safely flip and open the piping hot grid.
