This convenient countertop model allows you to produce 1 pound of spaghetti or 3 pounds of frozen pasta in just a couple of minutes and features quick recovery as well. Initial heat up of this Nemco Pasta Cooker/Boiling Unit is 12 minutes. Special features include heavy-duty baskets constructed of stainless steel with durable, plastic-coated handles for a cool touch that is safe for your employees to use. Individual servings are possible with Nemco's accessory set of 6 baskets, and the control panel assembly is removable for cleaning and easy maintenance. Nemco's unique front-draining system allows for safe and simple draining when you need to do so.
