Nemco 6120A-CW Description
To ensure fresh broths, stews, and sauces are kept warm for serving, the Nemco 6120A-CW soup warmer features a wet operation system that effectively prevents burning or crusting. A tubular coiled electric heater delivers heat to an aluminum dissipator plate to evenly warm the base of the unit, with a 212-degrees-Fahrenheit limit to prevent overheating. The temperature can be readily controlled with an attached thermostat knob containing high, medium, and low settings.
The Nemco 6120A-CW soup warmer sports two wells that can each hold a 4-quart inset to maximize space. Its stainless steel construction withstands heat damage and abrasions, measuring 18 1⁄2 inches wide by 10 inches deep by 9 7⁄8 inches high for organized service lines and high-volume use. An angled no-drip rim catches spills for a clean countertop.
