The Easy Chicken Slicer's smartly designed sturdy base, with a low center of gravity and suction cup feet to secure the work surface, allows the most inexperienced employee to safely slice consistent and controlled 1/4" portions. Intentionally unsharpened blades add to safety measures, while easily slicing through chicken and other tender cooked meats. Space under the blades will accept a 2 1/2"-tall, half-size pan. And, when you are finished slicing, blade assembly is easy to remove, clean, and replace--with no specific orientation required.
