The Robot Coupe commercial cutter mixer has a motor that operates at a single speed allowing for 1,725 RPMs. This cutter mixer includes a 7 Qt. stainless steel stock-pot shaped bowl with a see-thru lid and an introduction port that allows the user to add ingredients while processing is taking place. The bowl attachment is designed for vertical cutting and mixing making it prefect for mixing, chopping, blending, and purees. A stainless steel “S” blade ensures that the food is cut and processed at a top quality.
