The Robot Coupe R602VB cutter mixer features a powerful 3-horsepower motor that can create 370 to 3,450 RPM speeds. Since this unit has various speeds, you can easily create the ideal texture for virtually any mixture and mix the lightest to the densest ingredients. The magnetic safety system prevents the machine from running unless the bowl and cover are safely in place. A thermal failsafe system shuts the processor off if it gets too hot. The stainless steel motor shaft is durable and resists corrosion.

A 7-quart, stainless steel bowl with handle comes with the Robot Coupe R602VB cutter mixer so you can easily pour it. A stainless steel, smooth-edged S-blade is included so you can create homogeneous mixtures easily. The Robot Coupe 27125 stainless steel serrated blade assembly or 27352 fine-serrated blade assembly can be purchased separately to create various textures in your mixtures.
