The Robot Coupe R301UDICE food processor is ideal for any kitchen that requires high-volume cutting and mixing. Featuring a 3.5-quart stainless steel cutter bowl with a handle and an S-shaped blade, this commercial food processor will mix sauces, batters, and more. The removable cap on the lid lets you easily add ingredients to your mixtures without powering down the equipment. The fan-cooled, 2-horsepower motor provides you with fast, efficient operation. On, off, and pulse buttons make using this food processor easy.
A 2-millimeter grating disc, 4-millimeter slicing disc, and 10-millimeter dicing grid come with the polycarbonate vegetable prep attachment. It is durable and uses side ejection so you can easily collect your freshly-cut produce into a bin. A large and a cylindrical hopper are included for this part of the Robot Coupe R301UDICE food processor. A vertical pusher is also included so vegetables will come out with uniform cuts.
