This commercial food processor from Robot Coupe boasts the outstanding ability to produce up to 850 servings in three hours or less! That's an amazing amount of meal options for one machine and in such a short amount of time. This commercial food processor features a vegetable prep attachment that is especially designed for quality, continuous feeding of ingredients. Accommodating 2 discs one 4 mm slicing and one 2 mm grating, this commercial food processor allows the user to prepare a variety of different menu options. The stainless steel bowl attachment is designed for vertical cutting and mixing leaving you free to chop, puree, blend, and even knead dough for fluffy breads and other baked goods.

The R301U Series continuous feed food processor comes with a stainless steel bowl and ergonomic handle for easier handling. You'll have 10% increased liquid capacity due to the higher hub and a new safety system will improve the life span of the lid and safety rod. Unchanged is the easy-to-use push button \on-off" and "pulse" switches.

The new integrated ventilation system positions for better sanitation. As always, attachments are easily removed for assured sanitation. The bowl attachment of this continuous feed food processor is designed for vertical cutting and mixing, chopping, pureeing and blending.

Includes the stainless steel "S" blade, continuous feed attachment, one 3-mm (1/8") slicing disc and one 3-mm (1/8") medium grating disc and discharge plate. As always, expanding your selection of discs is easy as there are 19 additional processing discs to choose from. Measuring in at 21.5" x 11-15/16" x 13-1/16" this continuous feed food processor will not take up much counter space and will provide you years of labor saving, cost reducing use!
