This is easily removed for superior cleaning ability. The control panel with push-type on/off, and pulse buttons keeps this processor easy to use! The stainless steel "S" blade is included as well. Two other discs come with this processor: the R209 - 2mm (5/64") grating disc and R211 - 4mm (5/32") slicing disc. The compact size, 14.25" x 14.5", makes this unit ideal as it uses minimal counter space. Weighing a mere 27-lbs this processor is easy to move around your kitchen space or better yet, have several units for even more efficient food preparation!
