Robot Coupe R2UDICE Description
The Robot Coupe R2UDICE combination food processor can mix foods into sauces, dice vegetables, and knead dough. Constructed for versatile use, this unit enables operators to homogenize food mixtures into consistent soups, sauces, and salsas with a variety of cuts and textures. Operating at 1,725 RPM, the food processor is optimal for operations that prepare meals quickly. This unit has a 2.9-liter bowl and its smooth stainless steel bowl-base blade assembly is durable and simple to clean. The food processor comes with a vegetable preparation attachment that features two hoppers.
For maximized output, the Robot Coupe R2UDICE one-speed food processor has 2-milimeter grating disks, 4-milimeter slicing discs, and a 10-milimeter dicing kit. This unit can produce 10 to 30 meals per service, 2.2 pounds per batch in the cutter function, and 90 pounds of vegetable slicer output. Overall, the food processor measures 9 1⁄8 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 20 3⁄4 inches high, and it has a 95 percent rate of recyclability. To support intensive use, this unit is designed with a beltless, direct-drive induction motor and a stainless steel motor shaft.

This product is not as described
Difficult to unassembled blade from dicer, it gets jammed and dangerous to clean dicer grid disk.I cut my self in the process of cleaning the disc. All small hard pieces from potatoes and carrots get in the the grid and you have to remove one at a time to clean the grid. I tried to return it right away and they won't accept the return.
