The all stainless steel construction makes this cutter and mixer easy to clean and resists corrosion, dents, scratches, and stains. This cutter and mixer uses an induction motor and magnetic safety system with motor break so that you know your motor is running not only efficiently but safely. This cutter and mixer includes a 24 quart stainless steel cutter bowl with a handle and see-thru lid so that you can view your ingredients while you mix them without halting the process. The cutter bowl tilts and is removable for easy extraction and cleaning, The three stainless steel straight edge S blades are smooth and will last for years to come.
