Robot Coupe R15U Description
The Robot Coupe R15U cutter mixer has a durable, direct drive induction motor that easily withstands heavy use. The stainless steel motor shaft protects the motor and resists corrosion. The flat motor base is easy to clean, while the motor brake and magnetic safety interlock protect staff during use. A central lid opening lets you easily add ingredients or liquids to your mixture. The transparent lid lets you check on your mixture. A 4-quart mini bowl is included in addition to the 15-quart bowl with two handles for easy transporting. The Robot Coupe R15U cutter mixer comes with a smooth-edge, 3 bladed assembly for homogenous mixtures.
