Vertical cutter mixer: Recommended for 50 to 200 meals. 10 quart bowl designed for vertical cutting and mixing: puree, mix, chop, blend, mix, and knead dough. The R10ULTRA functions with 10 quart and 3 1/2 quart bowls.
