Robot Coupe R101PPLUS Description
Robot Coupe's combination food processor chops, blends, purées, grates, juliennes, and more. R101PLUS includes an "S" blade, a 2 mm grating disc, 3 mm slicing disc, and 6 mm julienne disc. Its powerful 3⁄4-HP motor is fan cooled to resist overheating, and includes a safety shutoff with a motor brake to help protect users from injury. The commercial food processor's 2 1⁄2-qt. bowl is transparent, making it easy to monitor the progress of whatever's being processed.
