The Robot Coupe commercial cutter and mixer has a Leak-proof, see-thru lid to view processing progress and add ingredients without stopping or opening machine. Operating with 3 horsepower and a three phase motor, this commercial cutter and mixer prepares liquidized food as well as chops, grinds, and purees. With two varying speeds at 1725 and 3450 rmp, this blixer offers supreme customization for all your preparation needs. An induction motor provides maximum ease with its magnetic safety system and motor base. This commercial cutter and mixer comes fully equipped with a stainless steel 5.5 qt. capacity bowl with handle, a fine serrated edge stainless steel ""S"" blade assembly, and a completely sealed lid equipped with a bowl and lid scraper assembly.
