Robot Coupe BLIXER 30 Description

The commercial cutter/mixer from Robot Coupe is a representation of power and efficiency in an appliance. Recommended for 100 to 500 meals, this 31 qt. bowl unit is designed for vertical cutting and mixing, and can also mix, chop, puree, blend, mix and knead dough. Made from all stainless steel, there is also an IP65 control panel equipped with a digital 0-15 minute timer. And in regards to power, this cutter/mixer features a 7 HP three phase motor and has 2 speeds of either 1800 or 3600 rpm. Also featured is a stainless steel tilting and removable 31 qt. cutter bowl with bowl and lid scraper.
