UCR Series

Overall height is 34 1/2" with units installed on 6 inch casters (2 with brakes). Cord and plug are standard for electrical hook-up.

Construction

Construction features include stainless steel exteriors and anodized aluminum interiors.

Interiors accommodate sheet pans and hotel pans.

Pan slides are optionally available.

Doors are self-closing on cam lift, gravity hinges and include stay open position at 120°. Magnetic, plug in, door gaskets are used to accomplish positive door sealing.

Two epoxy coated, steel with shelves are included behind each door as standard.

Insulation is foamed-in-place CFC free polyurethane at a minimum thickness of 2 inches, fully complying with environmental concerns and adding structural strength to the cabinet.

Refrigeration

Forced air refrigeration systems use capillary tube to meter refrigerant.

Automatic electric defrost is standard.

Unique front venting of air through grilles located below doors permits units to be installed against back walls and even on curbs.

Automatic (non-electric condensate evaporator is provided.
