The Beverage-Air Elite Series 72" mega top sandwich prep table has a high-capacity refrigeration system and an advanced airflow management system to cool pans from the bottom for uniform temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. The refrigeration system has improved airflow for less temperature change and better temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. A robust refrigeration system provides added capacity and efficiency. Cabinet insulation on the 30 pan mega top sandwich salad prep table is made up of CFC free foamed-in-place polyurethane of 2" thickness for maximum protection. The Beverage-Air 30 pan mega top sandwich salad prep table uses 134a refrigerant for cost effectiveness. Airflow assures that product in open containers is kept below 41 F and above freezing. This translates into increased product shelf life.

The cutting board is made up of a 10" wide high-density white polyethylene plastic for a long lasting durability. Removable hood and insulated lid assemblies are made of matching stainless steel. Drawers are comprised of heavy duty stainless steel and are mounted with a telescoping mechanism for maximum support. Locking mechanism in place for full drawer support (drawer will not fall out). Top drawer can accommodate 4" pans (not included) and bottom drawer can accommodate 6" pans (also not included). Cabinet back and bottom are galvanized steel.
