The Beverage-Air SPED72-30M-4 sandwich/salad prep table features four stainless steel pan drawers and one cabinet door. The top of the table can hold up to 30 polycarbonate pans that are four inches deep. The food prep table includes a ten-inch wide white plastic cutting board, which can be easily removed for cleaning.
