Removable hood and insulated lid assemblies are made of matching stainless steel. Drawers are comprised of heavy duty stainless steel and are mounted with a telescoping mechanism for maximum support. Locking mechanism in place for full drawer support (drawer will not fall out). Top drawer can accommodate 4" pans (not included) and bottom drawer can accommodate 6" pans (also not included). Cabinet back and bottom are galvanized steel. The cutting board is made up of a 10" wide high-density white polyethylene plastic for a long lasting durability.
