The Beverage-Air SPED72-18-2 salad and sandwich prep table features a stainless steel cabinet finish covering the front, sides, top, drawers, and grille of the unit. The preparation area includes a 1⁄2-inch-thick, 10-inch-deep cutting board, which is easy to remove for cleaning.

In addition to the durable cutting board, this prep table comes furnished with 18 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans. However, this Beverage-Air SPED72-18-2 prep table has the ability to hold 6-inch-deep pans, as well. With heavy duty pan liners that are made of anodized aluminum, cleaning is made easy and spills are prevented from leaking into the storage below. Two doors and two drawers provide refrigerated storage for extra ingredients, making these items easily accessible during food preparation.
