The Beverage-Air Elite Series 72" mega top sandwich salad prep table will be a great addition to any restaurant, sandwich, shop, or deli. The exterior of the 12 pan mega top sandwich salad prep table is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel on front, sides, top, drawers, and grille for supreme durability.

Removable hood and insulated lid assemblies are made of matching stainless steel. Cabinet back and bottom are galvanized steel. The cutting board is made up of a 10" wide high-density white polyethylene plastic for a long lasting durability. The Elite Series 72" mega top sandwich salad prep table features a 6 drawer setup. Top drawer can accommodate 4" pans (not included) and bottom drawer can accommodate 6" pans (also not included). Locking mechanism in place for full drawer support (drawer will not fall out).
