The Beverage Air sandwich top refrigerated counter has a heavy duty exterior construction that includes a stainless steel finish on the front, sides, top, grille, and doors. A removable hood and the insulated lid assembly are made of the same matching stainless steel. The cabinet back to bottom is constructed of galvanized steel while the interior liner is made of anodized aluminum, creating a superior combination that resists corrosion. Additionally, the liner will prevent food spillage from entering the cabinet interior. To eliminated wasted food and unnecessary cleaning, this commercial refrigerated counter has notched dividers that will prevent the pans from falling into the cabinet cavity. For added convenience and customization, the 17"" cutting board makes a great prep and finishing station. With a capacity able to support 8 full sized pans, this sandwich top refrigerated counter, cools the bottom to removed the need for maintaining a troublesome air blanket. This airflow ensures that products in the open containers are kept below 41 F and above freezing, which translates into increased product shelf life, higher quality food, better food appearance, fresher product and a reduction of bacteria build-up to combat food-borne illnesses.
