The exterior of the 12 pan mega top salad sandwich prep table is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel on front, sides, top, and grille for supreme durability. Removable hood and insulated lid assemblies are made of matching stainless steel. Cabinet back and bottom are galvanized steel are optional for some models. The cutting board is 10" wide and made of high-density polyethylene plastic for long lasting durability.

The Beverage-Air 48" mega top salad sandwich prep table has a high-capacity refrigeration system and an advanced airflow management system to cool pans from the bottom for uniform temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. The refrigeration system has improved airflow for less temperature change and greater temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. A robust refrigeration system provides added capacity and efficiency. Cabinet insulation on the 48" mega top salad sandwich prep table is made up of CFC and HCFC free foamed-in-place polyurethane of 2" thickness for maximum protection.
