Elite Series Standard Top Food Preparation Table in heavy-duty stainless steel finish on front sides, top, doors & grille. Holds (10) 1/6-size pans. Removable hoods & insulated lid assemblies are matching stainless steel. Cabinet back & bottom are galvanized steel & interior liner is aluminum. Doors are self-closing on cartridge style hinges with stay open feature of 120-degrees. Included are 6" casters, (2) w/ brakes, (2) epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per section & 10"W high-density white polyethylene plastic cutting board, 115/60/1ph, 5 amps, 1/5hp, 10.2-cu ft
