The Beverage-Air SM58N-S milk cooler holds milk within a temperature range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit to keep milk cool and ready to serve. These chilly temperatures are maintained by R-404A refrigerant. Cold air is kept in the cabinet thanks to the foamed-in-placed polyurethane insulation. Structure is provided by the insulation as well. The stainless steel exterior is heavy duty and the galvanized steel interior is durable. A one-piece stainless steel floor easily supports the milk crates, and the floor is protected with epoxy-coated wire floor racks. The Beverage-Air SM58N-S milk cooler can hold 1,024 half pints, (10) 19-inch-by-13-inch-by-11-inch cases, or (16) 13-inch-by-13-inch-by-11-inch cases.
